Cam Gear Install ??'s (Timing Cover)

OK,

I have a set of Skunk2 Cam gears that I'm finally going to get to install and am wondering what exactly you do to the timing cover to make them accessible after the installation's done.

I know some (or all) people cut the cover but exactly where do you cut it, etc.

Anyone got pics of theirs, and or suggestions about the entire process?
